TEC140을 또다시 하나 영입하였는데요...

이전에 TOA130F와 TEC140을 한 달 정도 동시 소유한 적이 있었습니다.

 

그때에는 TEC140용 전용 플래트너를 구할 방도가 없었고,

결국 사진 경통으로 좀 더 특화된 TOA130F를  남기고 TEC140을 처분했었는데...

 

TEC140의 이동성, 그리고 더 넓은 렌즈면에서 나오는 16%의 추가 집광력과 선예도 에서 기인한 뛰어난 안시 성능과 등등때문에 아쉬운 마을을 가지고 있던차에 똘똘한 중고가 그것도 이번에는 전용 플래트너와 함께 매물로 나와 지름신의 대강림을 영접하고 말았습니다.

 

그리고... 사진에서 좀 더 활용하고, TOA와의 완전 교체(?)도 검토하고자 리듀서도 검색을 하기 시작했는데...

바로 아래와 같은 TEC사 사장인 Yuri의 글을 발견.  역시 사진 경통으론 TOA를 킾해야 하는 걸까요?  5인치 두대를 가지고 가기는 솔직히 조금 부담이 되네요. ^^

 

어쨌든 TEC사에서 광시야 새 굴절 망원경을 개발을 하고는 있는 모양인데, 4년이 지나도 결과는 안보이는군요.

전영준 선생님의 APM 리듀서 결과는 어떤가요?  아래 Yuri의 글처럼 3-glass의 ED-element급인가요?  아니면 아니라도 좋은결과?

이거 장비만 만지다 한해가 지나가는군요. ㅠㅠ

Dear Pornchai,
If you take a look on William's images made with APO140 + AP 0.75X
telescopressor - you will see that this combination works, but you may
see elongated stars at the edges for the FOV of his camera Nikon D50.
If we do two-lens telecompressor it will work similar way.
For better result and wider field a min three-lens corrector with ED
element must be done, that will cost ~$2000 ...
So, if the goal is wide field imaging - buy TAK!

A specially designed telescope for imaging could be the answer, and we
are working on such one, it will have F5.6 focal ratio and flat field.
I will not add more details until we finish and test prototype.
But I expect that if it works and be available, some time later people
will ask a focal reducer for that unit too... :-)
